Yesterday I saw a newspaper ad by a college instructing would-be students to send handwritten applications. Now why would they want to do that? Is handwriting part of selection criteria? In this day and age, it is more efficient to send typed applications. These are easier to write, edit and correct and easier to read than some handwriting.
